— Sattva Crystals reserve the right to change products and product pricing at any time. Sattva Crystals also reserve the right to refuse any ORDER USER place with Sattva Crystals’ website. Sattva Crystals may, in Sattva Crystals’ sole discretion, limit or replace purchases per USER, per household or per ORDER. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same USER account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. Shipping and Delivery Policy :

Sattva Crystals takes the best measures to make the USER’s experience error free and best in terms of delivery speed. Yet, delays in shipping and delivery can be caused due to various reasons, such as “item being out-of-stock” or “natural calamities” are unexpected and they do at times cause delay in regular on going activities. Sattva Crystals requests its USER to go through all shipping and delivery policy points mentioned below for better understanding.

  • As per nature of items/products/goods, Sattva Crystals has ties with some particular courier services, who may not ship on National Holidays, SUNDAYS or SATURDAYS. This may result in delays of expected time of delivery. Though Sattva Crystals will try its best to inform its USER in advance about the shipping and delivery information of the ORDER placed by USER.
  • ORDER will be processed only when the transaction made against any ORDER placed online through Sattva Crystals’ website is completed and Sattva Crystals has received the payment in their official bank account. Until, any ORDER placed will be considered as “NIL” or “NOT PLACED”. Usually all ORDERS are processed within 24 to 48 hours, once the payment is confirmed. However, certain category of items requires special packaging or their availability. In such cases ORDER processing may take time and final delivery may be delayed. USER will be informed in advance for shipping and delivery estimated time.
  • Shipping and Delivery may vary from distance and time to travel USER’s location within INDIA. Considering this issue USER should expect the cost and time of shipping and delivery shall also vary from time to time as per changes in courier services and Government policies. In such cases, Sattva Crystals is not liable for any delays in shipping and delivery of any ORDER placed through Sattva Crystals’ website.
  • Any cost at the time of delivery, other than paid on this website for shipping and delivery shall be payable by USER and Sattva Crystals will not be liable for any cost incurred during shipping and delivery of the ORDER to the location of the USER.

Return, Refund, Replacement/Exchange Policy :

  • Sattva Crystals does not provide any refund policy.
  • Sattva Crystals does not provide any cancellations of order once placed.

Please Note: SATTVA CRYSTALS DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY REFUND POLICY.

Most items purchased through/on sattvacrystals.com are returnable within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable. The return is processed only if:

  • Products are returnable within the applicable return window only and if it is determined that the product was either physically damaged at the time of receiving at USER’s end and not damaged while in USER’s possession or has any part missing or is defective in an authentic manner or is different from their description on sattvacrystals.com website.
  • User/Customer must provide a clean, high quality and detailed video along with photographs of the returnable item (damaged/defective/wrong item) for Sattva Crystals to analyse the issue and provide the User/Customer with an appropriate solution in regards to the return/replacement/exchange of the item.
  • Reporting of the return/replacement/exchange matters should be made within an hour (1 Hour) from the time of receiving the Sattva Crystals’ delivery. 
  • A valid proof will be required to verify the return/replacement/exchange.
  • Few products may not be eligible for return in some cases. Such as incorrect variable or colour of the product has been ordered or incorrect product ordered or marked as ‘non-returnable” in product’s detail.
  • Sattva Crystals do not commit to the availability of a similar product (one that is reported for return/replacement/exchange) at the time issue is raised. Although, we do offer exchange with an item of a similar price.
  • Return issues will only be processed once Sattva Crystals have received back the item reported by the user/customer in its original condition, packed and shipped safely with valid proof for concluding the facts.
  • Sattva Crystals values its customers and offer to provide 50% of the shipping cost (will be adjusted in future orders) born by its INDIAN Customers only, on returning the item to Sattva Crystals. The customer needs to provide an original and valid invoice received from the shipping/courier company.

Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us immediately within an hour from the delivery of the product.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY :

  • –We are not responsible for content residing on the Website. In no event shall we be held liable for any loss of any Content.          — Sattva Crystals will not be liable for any liabilities resulting from: –

      — Sattva Crystals assure the USER that Sattva Crystals use best resources to correct any errors or omissions as soon as practicable once they have been brought to our attention, but, Sattva Crystals do not promise that the information on our website itself will be free from errors or omissions. Termination Provisions/Dispute Resolution :

–The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of Delhi, India without regard to its rules on conflicts or choice of law and, to the extent applicable, THE LAWS OF INDIA. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the state and federal courts located in Delhi, INDIA, and USER hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. USER hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to this agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this agreement.

–USER will release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless to Sattva Crystals, and any of its contractors, agents, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates and assigns from all liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, of third-parties relating to or arising out of:

              –This Agreement or the breach of USER’s warranties, representations and obligations under this Agreement.

              — Sattva Crystals’ Website content or USER’s use of the Website content.

              –The ORDER or USER’s use of the ORDER (including Trial ORDER).

              –Any intellectual property or other proprietary right of any person or entity.

              –USER’s violation of any provision of this Agreement.

              –Any information or data USER supplied to Sattva Crystals.

–When Sattva Crystals is threatened with suit or sued by a third party, Sattva Crystals may seek written assurances from USER concerning USER’s promise to indemnify Sattva Crystals. USER’s failure to provide such assurances may be considered by Sattva Crystals to be a material breach of this Agreement. Sattva Crystals will have the right to participate in any defence by USER of a third-party claim related to USER’s use of any of the Sattva Crystals’ Website content or ORDER, with counsel of Sattva Crystals’ choice at its expense. Sattva Crystals will reasonably co-operate in any defence by USER of a third-party claim at USER’s request and expense. USER will have sole responsibility to defend Sattva Crystals against any claim, but USER must receive Sattva Crystals’ prior written consent regarding any related settlement. The terms of this provision will survive any termination or cancellation of this Agreement or USER’s use of the Website, Services or ORDER.

— Sattva Crystals reserves the right to terminate USER’s access to the Website if it reasonably believes, in its sole discretion, that USER have breached any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Following termination, USER will not be permitted to use the Website and Sattva Crystals may, in its sole discretion and without advance notice to USER, cancel any outstanding ORDER. If USER’s access to the Website is terminated, Sattva Crystals reserves the right to exercise whatever means it deems necessary to prevent unauthorised access of the Website. This Agreement will survive indefinitely unless and until Sattva Crystals chooses, in its sole discretion and without advance to USER, to terminate it.
